I offer one-to-one tutoring services from as little as £35 per hour, the suitability of which will depend on the student's needs.

IN PERSON One-to-One tutoring can take online or depending on distance at the student's own home. Home tuition runs as weekday sessions (1hr) taking place between 15:30 and 18:30 Monday - Thursday.

ONLINE One-to-One sessions (1hr) have no limit on distance and can be conducted with students worldwide. If you are studying internationally then this may be an excellent solution (please use the enquiry form and we can discuss arrangements).

Session structure:-
Sessions will be tailored to your tier of entry, either Higher or Foundation.
Students will be sent a online diagnostic quiz which is to be completed 48hrs before the first session. This is to save time and cost. All initial diagnostics are completed before the first session and this means we can get to work straight away.
During the tuition session we fill focus on areas of weakness that have been highlighted.
Over subsequent tutor sessions we will work through exam technique, covering specialist topics areas such as algebra, probability and the longer “back of the paper” questions and how you can pick up those vital marks.

Over subsequent tutor sessions, through regular diagnostic questioning, the aim is to fill in those underlying gaps and then extend knowledge to strengthen and improve overall attainment.
Sessions can also be adapted to cover homework, revision for a test or something they want to gain confidence with. This ensures that there is curriculum flexibility.
